At ooVoo we offer customer support free of charge to all ooVoo users (subscribed users receive priority customer service), so let us know about any issues you're having.

To open a support request, go to our support center from the ooVoo website or simply send an email to: ios@oovoo.com
It's helpful to include as many details as possible about the issue you are experiencing.
