Recorded calls

You can choose the location where recorded calls are stored and the recording quality.

 

To change the location where your recorded calls are stored:

 

  1. Select 'Settings' from the 'File' menu. Click Recorded calls.
  2. To change the location where the files are saved, click Change. A standard window appears to select a different folder. Select the folder and click OK.
  3. Click Save.

 

To change the recording quality and resolution:

 

  1. Select 'Settings' from the 'File' menu. Click Recorded calls.
  2. Select the desired quality (details including the file size appear below) and resolution (video dimensions) using the scroll-down arrows.
  3. Click Save.
