Advanced

It’s recommended to leave the default settings unless you have a specific problem.

To change your connection settings:

  1. Select Settings from the ooVoo menu. Select Advanced.
  2. If you have a conflict with another application using port 443, then uncheck the Use port 443 as an alternative for incoming connections option.
  3. If you do not want to use the default automatic proxy detection, then select the type of proxy using the scroll-down arrow. The relevant fields will be enabled in order to enter the details.
  4. Click Save. You will need to exit ooVoo and login again. The changes will take effect the next time you login.
To exit ooVoo, right-click on the ooVoo icon located in your task bar next to the clock and select Exit from the drop-down menu.
